GLORYSMILEE AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the GlorySmilee Affiliate Program operated by GlorySmilee via the affiliate platform UpPromote.

By applying to or participating in the affiliate program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the terms below.

1. Affiliate Enrollment

To become an affiliate, applicants must submit an application through the affiliate platform.

GlorySmilee reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Applications may be rejected if the affiliate promotes:

  • illegal activities

  • misleading health claims

  • counterfeit products

  • adult content

  • hate speech or offensive content

2. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of GlorySmilee.

Participation in the program does not create any partnership, franchise, or joint venture.

3. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Affiliates will receive:

  • unique referral links

  • discount codes

  • tracking dashboards

Sales will be tracked through the affiliate platform.

GlorySmilee is not responsible for lost commissions caused by:

  • browser cookie blocking

  • ad blockers

  • incorrect link usage

  • technical issues outside company control.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions for valid purchases made through their affiliate links.

GlorySmilee reserves the right to:

  • modify commission rates

  • change promotional campaigns

  • suspend commissions for suspected fraud.

Commission eligibility may exclude:

  • refunded orders

  • cancelled orders

  • fraudulent transactions

  • self-purchases by affiliates.

5. Payment Terms

Commission payments are processed:

  • monthly

  • after a 30 day validation period.

This period allows for returns, refunds, and chargebacks.

Payments may be made through:

  • PayPal

  • bank transfer

  • other supported payout methods.

A minimum payout threshold may apply.

6. Advertising & Disclosure Rules

Affiliates must comply with advertising regulations including:

  • FTC guidelines

  • EU consumer protection laws

  • advertising disclosure requirements.

Affiliate relationships must always be disclosed.

Example disclosure:

This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.

Failure to disclose affiliate relationships may result in termination.

7. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Affiliates may NOT:

❌ send spam emails or unsolicited messages
❌ use fake reviews or misleading testimonials
❌ create websites impersonating GlorySmilee
❌ claim medical or dental treatment benefits
❌ promote the brand in illegal or unethical ways.

GlorySmilee may terminate accounts engaging in prohibited practices.

8. Trademark & Paid Ads Policy

Affiliates are not allowed to bid on brand keywords in paid advertising.

Examples include:

  • “GlorySmilee”

  • “GlorySmilee whitening”

  • variations or misspellings.

Affiliates may not run paid ads that redirect directly to the GlorySmilee website using affiliate links.

Violation may result in:

  • commission cancellation

  • account termination.

9. Coupon & Discount Rules

Affiliates may only promote approved discount codes issued through the affiliate platform.

Affiliates may NOT:

  • publish fake coupons

  • scrape private codes

  • advertise expired promotions.

Coupon abuse may result in permanent removal from the program.

10. Social Media & Influencer Rules

Affiliates promoting on social platforms must comply with platform policies including:

  • TikTok

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • YouTube

Content must not include:

  • misleading results

  • unrealistic whitening claims

  • edited before/after photos that misrepresent results.

11. User-Generated Content (UGC) License

By promoting GlorySmilee products, affiliates grant GlorySmilee a non-exclusive worldwide license to use their promotional content for marketing purposes.

This includes:

  • advertisements

  • website content

  • social media campaigns.

Content may be used without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand assets, product photos, and marketing materials remain the property of GlorySmilee.

Affiliates receive a limited license to use these materials solely for promotional purposes.

13. Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • fake orders

  • self-referrals

  • credit card fraud

  • bot traffic

  • cookie stuffing.

GlorySmilee reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and withhold commissions.

14. Termination

GlorySmilee may terminate affiliate accounts at any time if:

  • the agreement is violated

  • fraudulent activity is detected

  • brand reputation is harmed.

Upon termination:

  • all affiliate links must be removed

  • unused commissions may be forfeited if fraud occurred.

15. Limitation of Liability

GlorySmilee shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • lost profits

  • tracking errors

  • system outages.

Participation in the program is at the affiliate’s own risk.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes will be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.

17. Confidentiality (NDA)

Affiliates may receive confidential information including:

  • sales data

  • commission structures

  • marketing campaigns

  • product launch strategies

  • internal analytics.

Affiliates agree not to disclose or misuse confidential information.

This obligation remains in effect for 3 years after termination of the partnership.

18. Agreement Acceptance

By joining the GlorySmilee Affiliate Program through the affiliate platform, the Affiliate confirms acceptance of this Agreement.
