GLORYSMILEE AMBASSADOR & AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs participation in the GlorySmilee Affiliate Program operated by GlorySmilee via the affiliate platform  GoAffPro. By applying to or participating in the program, you ("Affiliate" or "Ambassador") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Affiliate Enrollment

To become an affiliate, applicants must submit an application through the affiliate platform. GlorySmilee reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any affiliate at its sole discretion to protect the quality and integrity of the brand. Applications may be rejected if the affiliate promotes illegal activities, misleading health claims, counterfeit products, adult content, or hate speech and offensive content.

2. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of GlorySmilee. Participation in the program does not create any partnership, franchise, or joint venture.

3. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Affiliates will receive unique referral links, discount codes, and access to a tracking dashboard. Sales are tracked through the affiliate platform. GlorySmilee is not responsible for lost commissions caused by browser cookie blocking, ad blockers, incorrect link usage, or technical issues outside the company's control.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates receive a 20% commission on every completed and successful order made through their personal affiliate link or discount code. Commission is only paid on fulfilled orders and does not apply to refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent purchases. GlorySmilee reserves the right to modify commission rates, change promotional campaigns, or suspend commissions for suspected fraud.

5. Payment Terms

Commission payouts are processed monthly after a 30-day verification period to allow for returns, refunds, and chargebacks. On the current plan, payouts are processed manually by GlorySmilee. A minimum payout threshold may apply.

6. Content Expectations

Affiliates are expected to actively promote GlorySmilee through quality content on their social media platforms, including posts, reels, stories, or other agreed promotional formats. Consistent and authentic promotion is required to remain active in the program. Content must comply with the platform policies of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and any other relevant platforms, and must not include misleading results, unrealistic whitening claims, or edited before/after photos that misrepresent results.

7. Free Product Policy

Free PR packages and product gifts are not provided upon signup. These are unlocked only after proven performance, such as generating sales or delivering agreed promotional content. This policy ensures serious and long-term collaborations.

8. Advertising & Disclosure Rules

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising regulations, including FTC guidelines and EU consumer protection laws. Affiliate relationships must always be disclosed. Example disclosure: "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link." Failure to disclose may result in termination.

9. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Send spam emails or unsolicited messages
  • Use fake reviews, fake followers, fake engagement, or misleading testimonials
  • Create websites impersonating GlorySmilee
  • Claim medical or dental treatment benefits
  • Make unrealistic whitening claims or misrepresent product results
  • Promote the brand in any illegal or unethical way
  • Self-purchase using their own affiliate link or discount code — this will result in immediate removal from the program

10. Trademark & Paid Ads Policy

Affiliates may not bid on brand keywords in paid advertising, including terms such as "GlorySmilee," "GlorySmilee whitening," or any variations or misspellings. Affiliates may not run paid ads that redirect directly to the GlorySmilee website using affiliate links. Violations may result in commission cancellation and account termination.

11. Coupon & Discount Rules

Affiliates may only promote approved discount codes issued through the affiliate platform. Publishing fake coupons, scraping private codes, or advertising expired promotions is strictly prohibited. Coupon abuse may result in permanent removal from the program.

12. Inactivity Policy

Affiliates who remain inactive, fail to promote, or do not meet basic participation expectations may be removed from the program at any time. GlorySmilee reserves the right to terminate inactive or underperforming affiliate accounts at its discretion.

13. User-Generated Content (UGC) License

By promoting GlorySmilee products, affiliates grant GlorySmilee a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use their promotional content for marketing purposes, including advertisements, website content, and social media campaigns. Content may be used without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand assets, product photos, and marketing materials remain the property of GlorySmilee. Affiliates receive a limited license to use these materials solely for promotional purposes under this Agreement.

15. Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited: fake orders, self-referrals, credit card fraud, bot traffic, and cookie stuffing. GlorySmilee reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and withhold commissions pending investigation.

16. Termination

GlorySmilee may terminate affiliate accounts at any time if this Agreement is violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or brand reputation is harmed. Upon termination, all affiliate links must be removed and unused commissions may be forfeited if fraud occurred.

17. Limitation of Liability

GlorySmilee shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, tracking errors, or system outages. Participation in the program is at the affiliate's own risk.

18. Confidentiality

Affiliates may receive confidential information including sales data, commission structures, marketing campaigns, product launch strategies, and internal analytics. Affiliates agree not to disclose or misuse any confidential information. This obligation remains in effect for 3 years after termination of the partnership.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.

20. Agreement Acceptance

By joining the GlorySmilee Ambassador & Affiliate Program through the affiliate platform, the Affiliate confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full.
